Registration, passes, and what happens at the entrance.
← Back to the eventUse the individual route. Fill in your details and you are done — you receive a QR code and barcode straight away for the entrance. There is no account and no password.
What it is better at: nothing to remember, from scan to pass in under a minute, and no account to manage.
Use the group route. Create an account once, then add as many participants as you need — colleagues, a delegation, a family. Everyone's passes are in one place.
What it is better at: add people before the event or on the day, correct a spelling without asking an organiser, and print all the passes together rather than one at a time. Best for embassies, companies and associations.
Pick up where you left off. Your participants, their status and their passes are as you left them, ready to add more or print.
Individuals never need this — their QR is their login.
A pass carrying a QR code and a barcode. They are shown on screen the moment you register — the QR for phone cameras, the barcode for the scanners at the entrance.
Yes. Scan your own QR to open your pass, then use Print pass — it prints cleanly on A4, with both the QR and the barcode. You can also save the page as a PDF and bring it on your phone.
Your QR is your login, so there is no password to reset. Enter the email or phone you registered with and a fresh link is issued to you.
Yes — scan your own QR to update your name, phone, organisation, position or photo.
Two things cannot be changed from there:
There is a QR code at the entrance. Scan it with your phone camera and the registration form opens — fill it in and your pass is issued immediately.
Registration closes on the event's registration deadline. After that only an organiser can add participants.
Still stuck? Speak to an organiser at the registration desk.
